Booking and Cancellation Policy: Descriptions
Please note that bookings can be made only at a minimum of 24 prior to the appointment. Bookings made before this are dependent on availability and may be subject to the below.
Homewiz reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the service due to non-availability of resource or logistics issues by issuing 24 hours’ notice to you.
Please note that booking or cancellation request for services to be provided on Saturday to Monday must be given before the close of business on the preceding Thursday.
If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Any cancellations with less than 24hours notice is non-refundable. The notification must be in written format and sent to info@homes-wiz.com We reserve the right to levy a charge of up to AED 100 to cover any relevant administrative expenses.
Once your cancellation request is received and approved, then the refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, within a certain amount of days.
For on spot cancellation or no show/no access, the full amount will be charged.
Due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical issues/availability, please do note that the professional may be delayed by or arrive early by a maximum of 30 minutes. Please ensure that you are available at your premises in case of the above.
